Your enquiries
The form collects your name, email address, reason for contacting us and message. Merchandise enquiries may also include the selected item, the suggested contribution shown in the catalogue, and the requested size and quantity. We use this information to respond, consider proposals for meetings or talks, provide information about supporting the Foundation and handle enquiries about the collection.
Institutional communications are handled on the basis of the Foundation’s legitimate interest in receiving and dealing with enquiries addressed to its representatives, under Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Where an enquiry concerns a possible agreement or contractual relationship, processing necessary to take pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request is based on Article 6(1)(b).
Providing information is voluntary. Required fields are necessary to receive and handle your enquiry; we cannot reply without a valid email address. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, make a payment or booking, or confirm a meeting.
Include only relevant information. Do not send identity documents, health information, details of political opinions or religious beliefs, or other confidential data about yourself or anyone else.
Delivery services and recipients
When you select “Send enquiry”, your data is transmitted over an HTTPS connection to the external service FormSubmit, which forwards it to fidesetratiobrescia.org@gmail.com. The service may display a reCAPTCHA spam check on its own page. You do not need an email app to use the form.
Recipients may include the Foundation’s representatives responsible for handling your enquiry and the technical providers involved in delivery and email services. Messages received are not published on the website.
FormSubmit and the email service are external providers. Their published notices explain how they process data and operate related services. For questions about the providers used or transfers associated with processing, contact the Foundation.

Retention
How long the Foundation keeps communications depends on the time needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent relationship, applicable record-keeping obligations, and any need to protect its rights.
FormSubmit states in its documentation that it keeps an archive of submissions for 30 days. This period applies to the forwarding service; it does not determine how long messages remain in the Foundation’s mailbox.
Photographs and videos
The gallery tells the story of the Foundation’s experiences through photographs and videos supplied for the website. Publishing images of people requires a separate assessment from processing form data: this notice does not replace the necessary authorisations.
If you appear in a photograph or video and would like us to review or remove it, write to the Foundation identifying the album and the relevant item, preferably with a link. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Your rights
Where provided for by the Regulation, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. You may also withdraw any consent given for a specific purpose.
To exercise your rights, use the data controller’s contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. The website does not make automated decisions about enquiries received.
